As a Lead Technical Program Manager within Global Banking Technology / Workplace Technology Solutions, you'll draw on your project management skills and experience to manage technology projects that span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and control requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorganChase.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead Technical Program Manager within Global Banking Technology / Workplace Technology Solution
  • Draw on your project management skills and experience to manage technology projects that span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications.
  • Lead these projects from initiation through implementation establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure that relevant risk and control requirements are in place.
  • Manage the project budget and resources
  • Communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Execution / Project Management
  • Proficiency with Workplace Technologies, (Collaboration tools, Desktop platforms, Voice solutions, Mobile devices and applications, etc.)
  • Experience delivering projects around strategic change.
  • Experience driving adoption of new technology.
  • Knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and communicate with all levels of management.
