Job responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Elevate your career by supporting multi-faceted tech programs, integrating innovative solutions for a dynamic impact across global operations.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorganChase within the CTO Business Operations/Portfolio Management & Governance Team.
  • You will be a strategic advisor, execution lead, and collaborative partner that can work across all aspects of people, process, and technology to enhance efficiency and execution.
  • Focus areas include Technology delivery management, strategic thinking, business operations, and organizational management with a special focus on executive-level messaging across organizations and regions will be crucial.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients at all levels.
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • Excellent communications skills, understanding the best ways to present and explain information concisely tailored to the target audience.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes across an entire line of business.
  • Understanding of global and line of business product and portfolio management standards and methods.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior leadership.

  • Strategic, organizational thinker with a track record of strengthening program governance and controls within a large organization.
  • Assertive (yet diplomatic) approach with the ability to lead, influence and motivate others.
  • Serves as a culture carrier, connecting the organization to the firm's guiding principles.
  • Advanced skill in MS Office 365 (Power Point, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc).
  • Experience with reporting platforms (Tableau, Qlik) and Jira / Jira Align.
  • Active curiosity and growth mindset.
