DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with other team members in an Agile environment interacting with business owners and other technology teams. Engage with designers, front-end engineers, leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs. Deliver technical solutions based on the business requirement by being involved in the full development life cycle of analysis, design, testing and implementation of various projects. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications. Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Deliver application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design. Support production environment for stability when required by troubleshooting application code-related issues. Realize the product's objectives and key results, and other metrics defined on the Product roadmap. Mentor and nurture junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: designing software using object-oriented analysis and design techniques; Oracle SQL, PL/SQL,DB2 or other Database technologies including query optimization; developing micro services using Java, Spring boot or spring Framework, and Rest APIs; frontend technologies including ReactJS, Redux JS, NPM, and JavaScript; practicing Agile SDLC and using Software including Maven and GIT; Agile SDLC; and deployment, monitoring and operations tools including CI/CD using Jenkins, Splunk, and PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
Job Location: 575 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $186,500 - $215,000 per year.
