Our team sits within Payments Marketing where we are tasked with ensuring our regional payments presence and capabilities are effectively positioned to support the continued growth of our business in region and around the world.
Reporting to the Head of LATAM Marketing who sits in Brazil, this role will specifically work with key stakeholders within and outside of Marketing to develop and execute an efficacious Marketing strategy that is designed to help shift the perception of our brand in the Latin America region, increase consideration among prospect and better position our sales and relationship management teams to win new business and expand existing client relationships.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and oversee the execution of the JPM Payments Latin America Marketing strategy
- Lead the efforts to customize the JPM Payments value proposition for Latin America
- Partner with key stakeholders in the region and act as their single point of contact for strategy development and execution of Marketing tactics
- Partner with creative agency and internal Marketing partners to develop innovative campaigns, ensure they are optimized, tactics are executed flawlessly, results are read and reported in a timely manner, and lessons learned are shared with all key stakeholders and applied to future campaigns
- Proactively identify, prioritize and lead relevant process improvement initiatives
- Learn from peers in a similar position in other regions, and bring best practices back to the team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and delivering full funnel marketing strategy - B2B or technology marketing a plus
- Strong command of marketing channels and key performance indicators that drive success
- Significant experience in developing and executing complex global or regional projects and navigating a matrix organization
- Understands the payments industry along with nuances of the individual countries and verticals across Latin America, especially Mexico, Colombia and Central America.
- Ability to influence and inspire individuals and teams at all levels across the Payments organization
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and functional partners
- Embraces change and embodies a continuous improvement mindset
- Creative thinker, problem solver, hands-on, agile mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish are mandatory. Portuguese is a plus
