Job Responsibilities
- As part of the Quality Control Team your daily tasks will include:
- Perform the review of client profiles, checking for consistency of the whole Lifecycle based on legal and commercial documents, in order to understand client's activity, structure and associated risks.
- Obtain a general understanding of AML (Anti money laundering) policies and internal procedures, in accordance with local and global standards.
- Address WKO organization inquiries regarding procedures and engage appropriate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure client 's records are compliant with all applicable rules/regulations
- Foster partnerships with other supporting areas such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, including Global Client Onboarding teams.
- Prepare data and metrics for regulatory reporting.
- Participate in special projects as requested.
- Suggest process improvements and look for efficiencies in the process.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Fluent English is mandatory, both written and verbally.
- Previous experience with AML/KYC, Investment Banking, is a plus.

- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive and motivated person with strong prioritization, innovation and problem-solving skills.
- Sense of urgency/ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment, as well as handling multiple tasks and changing priorities on a daily basis
- Excel & Powerpoint skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Phyton, UiPath, will be considered an asset.
