As a Market and Product Expansion Associate in Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, you support the testing of regulatory requirements for our products. As an emerging member of the Market and Product Expansion team, you gain skills and experience to grow within your role while working across the organization to enable the product and market strategy.
As a member of the Kinexys Execution team, you will contribute to setting and driving the execution of a cohesive, strategic vision for Kinexys by J.P. Morgan. You will work in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment to accelerate decision making and will have exposure & visibility to senior management. Types of projects may include developing commercial models for new products / solutions, working with product partners to define "north star" strategic plans, working on corporate development opportunities, and others.

Job responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Assists in the development of collateral tailored to specific markets
- Understands and follows the defined regulatory testing procedures to confirm our products meet regulatory requirements prior to release
- Follows and assists with the development of the product's risk and compliance model
- Identifies inefficiencies in regulatory testing processes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets and senior stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc senior management updates (e.g., business reviews, OKRs, trend updates, Management Offsites)
- Assist with commercialization strategy efforts led by stripe leads (e.g., pricing strategy) to ensure consistency and standardization across Kinexys products (where applicable)
- Serve as thought partner for Product partners on key projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
- Emerging knowledge of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior work experience in management consulting, strategy, and/or investment banking
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Leverages strategic expertise to provide direction to team in developing frameworks to structure business problems
- Able to develop compelling storylines that communicate key takeaways and answer questions posed by senior management
