The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

As the Sr. Associate, Advisor Milestone Coordinator you will be a detail-oriented and organized professional with extensive experience in reporting, project management, and analytics. You will excel in creating comprehensive reporting packages and maintaining analytic partnerships to create organizational success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly program analytics in partnership with the Finance department to support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly roll-up of program trends to provide insights into performance and growth opportunities.
  • Track delivery of region and division updates to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
  • Create and manage the schedule of monthly assessment activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure their participation and readiness for milestone panels
  • Organize and compile milestone results and manage quality control process
  • Track participant progress on assessment activities, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Distribute all outbound assessment communications to ensure participants are informed and engaged.
  • Consolidate and distribute the monthly assessment scorecard to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 3+ years of broad business experience,
  • 1+ years of experience in program, product or project management experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions based on program priorities
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively partner with others
  • Exceptional written skills and strong executive communications experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Wealth management industry experience Preferred
