As a Branch Operations Support Associate within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will have the opportunity to utilize your talents and leadership capabilities in an inclusive community of Wealth Advisors. You will assist in all middle office operations as it relates to the Financial Advisor teams, offering a wide range of career growth and internal mobility all while expanding your skill set with a growing team.

  • Support Financial Advisor and new client on-boarding processes
  • Assist with issue resolution for any complications/problems that may arise
  • Coordinate client data and account information between clients and brokers
  • Assist with Operational processing functions
  • Participate in and take ownership for projects
  • Be able to work independently, but keep manager informed of progress / issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of Operations experience
  • Experience working with various product groups
  • Understanding of Brokerage Business
  • Experience interfacing with Trading desks, operational teams and Financial Advisors
  • Experience with trading operations and/or systems
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Must have a control-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have strong excel skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Series 7 licenses preferred
