As an Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms Group, you will be involved with a seasoned team of technical architects, incorporating leading best practices and collaborating with our firms major lines of business to deliver high-quality architecture reviews for the firms software applications and platforms. You are responsible for conducting critical technology reviews across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Job responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of technical architecture into product offerings.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet technical standards and user expectations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure that product development milestones are met on schedule.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful implementation of architectural solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum three years experience working in a product/risk remediation or service orientated group
- Support Product Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of technical architecture products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Market and Technical Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and development.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, architecture designs, and project progress to ensure clear communication across teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, requirements, and timelines.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze technical information and assist in identifying potential risk and remediation strategies within our technical architecture reviews.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and risk management professionals.
- Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of technical architecture principles and familiarity with risk management practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to balance responsibilities between product assistance and risk remediation tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion of duties
