As the Chief of Staff on the Investment Information Services (IIS) team, you will leverage your diverse experience in program management, product development, people management, business management, and client service to support and advise the Head of IIS on areas including strategic planning, decision support, stakeholder management, performance monitoring, program governance, risk/issue management and budget management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive effective governance processes and standards to ensure transparency of status, stakeholder alignment and accountability for business outcomes
- Provide oversight and guidance on key programs to facilitate team effectiveness and achieve program objectives
- Facilitate resolution of program roadblocks, issues, and risks in collaboration with Program leads and key stakeholders from Technology, Product, and Operations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, key performance measures, roles & responsibilities, and delivery timelines.
- Support the planning, coordination and logistics for department wide on/off-site meetings.
- Support the development and monitoring (plan vs actual) of business plans, product roadmaps, business cases, and the department budget,
- Mentor/Coach junior team members.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a corporate role within the Technology and/or Financial Services industry with 10+ years of experience in Product Development and/or Program/Project Management
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills on large, cross functional initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve product goals and deliverables.
- Experience in building and leading PMO functions and creating and implementing governance processes and standards
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, Sharepoint and Jira.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related area.

- Knowledge of JP Morgan Data & Analytics product offerings
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
- Prior experience in business / P&L management
