DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with senior bankers to originate, structure, and execute infrastructure financings across the capital structure, including loans, bonds, and structured debt and equity products. Work with senior bankers in providing infrastructure advisory services, including negotiating the commercial framework, reviewing project contracts, and arranging the capital structure. Support senior bankers with the negotiation of transaction documentation. Develop complex greenfield and brownfield financial models and complete financial analyses for infrastructure projects across all sectors. Draft marketing materials, including financing proposals, investor materials, rating agency presentations, and pitchbooks. Assist in completing transaction due diligence with third-party advisors. Work with the firm's credit risk and legal teams to review transactions in connection with the firm's lending and underwriting processes. Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banking, Risk Officer, Risk Associate, Credit Risk Analyst, Investments Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Banking, Risk Officer, Risk Associate, Credit Risk Analyst, Investments Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: financial analysis; developing financial models including Infrastructure operating and financing models; Creating materials and presentations, including internal capital markets and credit presentations; Reviewing and commenting on financing documents, including revolving credit, term loan facilities, bonds, structured debt and equity products; interest rate, commodity, and foreign exchange hedging; Structuring and executing project financing transactions including Infrastructure debt and equity financing transactions; Reviewing project financing rating agency methodologies and application to project financings.
Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
Full-Time. Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year.
