Partner with the International Private Bank Business, International Transformation Office and Technology for Latin American Clients and Global Families Group to coordinate strategic growth initiatives and projects for the business. Oversee the Platform Modernization Project, prepare metrics, implement processes review to help achieve strategic business objectives that ensure ongoing efficiency. Assist control partners to implement ongoing business operations and regulatory matters. Drive ongoing enhancements and modifications to support the Business. Track recurring themes of client/Business issues to reduce escalations and improve timely resolutions.
As a Business Analysis Associate II on the International Private Bank Operations Team, you will focus on creating and executing strategic programs that align with Business, Platform, and Regulatory needs. You will conduct comprehensive analyses and develop feasibility plans to drive project success. As you will manage and report progress through project plans, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the delivery of results across various teams and departments.

Job responsibilities:
- Drive project deliverables and own tasks, ensuring timely execution and management of deadlines.
- Design, develop, and establish key reporting standards while updating project documentation correctly and consistently.
- Consistently follow up on requests, tasks, and assignments, effectively prioritizing workload and keeping others informed of progress.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and consistently produce quality work, understanding the project subject matter and regulatory context.
- Take initiative in proposing innovative solutions, considering their impact across the business, and proactively collecting and re-evaluating information.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently in both written and oral communications.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing, Management Consulting, Business, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in Project Management and Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing, Management Consulting, Business, Economics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Management, Investment Business Manager, Strategic Projects Manager/Advisor, Management Consultant, or related occupation.
- Ability to investigate/ understand complex topics/issues and design a plan/solution with a strategic vision.
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on improving client and advisor experience.
- Digital first mindset with a broad knowledge of large language modes (LLMs)
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
