As a Reporting and Analysis Manager on the Practices Reporting and Analysis team, you will focus on defining, developing, and delivering innovative automated solutions for the Internal Audit department. You will collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions by defining business cases and creating business requirements, performing detailed analyses, and evaluating the effectiveness of delivered solutions, while facilitating communication across the audit department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Propose, develop, and implement reporting and analytic solutions in support of full audit life-cycle objectives using tools such as SQL, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Alteryx, and others.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Define business cases, including approach, feasibility, and risks.
  • Create business requirements for solutions, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to formalize business requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose, accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Communicate delivered solutions to the audit department, teams, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform other activities to facilitate internal objectives (e.g., managing resolution of defects, user acceptance testing, production validation, solution monitoring, etc.).
  • Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, internal audit, data analytics, technology, business analysis, or risk/controls.
  • Demonstrated, recent experience proposing, developing, and implementing dashboards, workflows, and other automated solutions in support of the full audit life-cycle, using tools such as SQL, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, and Alteryx.
  • Detailed knowledge of technology infrastructure and databases and associated risks and controls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and partnership skills.
  • Critical thinking acumen and ability to successfully problem-solve.
  • Ability to oversee and deliver on several tasks concurrently.
  • Basic knowledge of data management principles
