As an Intelligent Solutions Project Manager - Vice President in the Securities Services Operations Transformation team, you will project manage the delivery of high-impact Automation and AI/ML enabled solutions that create efficiencies and align the business to the target operating model. Projects may include Intelligent Automation, Data Transformation, Data Visualization, Data Digitization, Artificial Intelligence (such as LLM, NLP, & Gen AI) and various other initiatives. The role provides the opportunity to innovate through cutting edge technologies while partnering with operations, product and technology teams across the organization.

Job responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including intake review, feasibility assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, while adhering to the firm's standards, controls, and governance.
- Engage experts across cross-functional groups (including Operations, Technology, Controls, Data Scientists) to build solutions using AI and Intelligent Solutions tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, UI Path, and low code Workflows
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process flows using BPMN compliant platforms (such as Signavio) to facilitate process analysis, improvement, requirement gathering and solution design
- Ensure compliance of Intelligent Automation (IA) builds against governance standards and any applicable risk requirements (e.g., JIRA, Data Use Council)
- Engage on a regular basis with senior Operations executives to communicate progress, highlight risks, and foster collaboration by advising on solution design and project management support to ensure timely delivery against Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and/or metrics
- Provide though leadership to influence tech and product roadmaps to address technical gaps and evolving business requirements, integrate emerging technologies with strategic systems of record, and focus on opportunities that promote scalability, reusability, and design excellence
- Champion the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, coach and develop junior talent within the team and more broadly across the firm, and contribute to firmwide training events such as innovation expos, solution showcases, hackathons, etc
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in the financial industry, banking operations, or a related field, and in developing Intelligent Automation solutions or delivering change.
- Strong technical acumen in \"low/no code\" tools like Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Pega, and/or familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Proven history in delivering large-scale, end-to-end transformation projects with high complexity
- Must be able to independently manage multiple streams of work concurrently and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate both technical and non-technical information effectively
- Should have the ability to proactively identify business needs, engage and influence global stakeholders, and dissect complex problems to create clear solutions
- Be curious about modern technologies and industry trends, while being comfortable with change and ambiguity
- A working knowledge of project management competencies, such as PMP and Agile methodology
