Join our Global Security team as an Inspection & Repair (I&R) Reviewer and play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and integrity. Utilize your eye for detail and analytical skills to ensure our operations adhere to the highest standards in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As an Inspection & Repair (I&R) Reviewer within our Global Investigations (GI) division, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Reporting to the I&R Manager, you will meticulously review SARs to ensure they meet FinCEN and internal standards, identify any discrepancies, and ensure proper formatting. You will manage the queue of assigned SARs, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with Investigators and Managers to resolve issues, contributing to the overall quality assurance and timely filing process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Examine and verify the accuracy and completeness of SARs.
  • Ensure compliance with FinCEN, SAR Program Advisory, and GFC Legal guidelines.
  • Review SAR form fields and narratives for consistency and proper formatting.
  • Manage the queue of assigned SARs, prioritizing based on due dates.
  • Communicate effectively with Investigators and Managers regarding non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with the I&R Workflow Coordinator to ensure SARs pass inspection.
  • Utilize SAR test scripts for quality assurance.
  • Provide performance feedback to SAR filers and Managers.
  • Authorize SARs for electronic filing with FinCEN.
  • Track patterns of defects and compile metrics for reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of FinCEN and SAR filing guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with case management systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing complex documents.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in SAR filing processes.
  • Familiarity with Global Security operations.
  • Experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Knowledge of electronic filing processes.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience in compiling and reporting metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
