As a Contact Center Infrastructure Engineering Lead, you will lead technical design, architecture, and implementations of solutions for our firm's journey to AWS Contact Center in the Business Collaboration space. You will use your years of hands-on experience building scalable solutions to pave the way for our team. You will be part of a team that will build APIs, application services, and integrations that will serve our client-facing employees.

Job responsibilities
- Design and implement terraform modules and sentinel policy sets.
- Pave, re-pave and un-pave Cloud Infrastructure for Validations
- Write code to utilize AWS platform SDKs using one of the modern programming languages.
- Write Unit-test and Integration test Cases and assert test coverage.
- Setup and Program CICD pipeline
- Design, architect and implement Amazon Connect Dynamic Contact Flow Voice & Chat Applications and their integration with AWS ecosystem.
- Lead & Mentor the team of Engineers
- Work with SRE team to strategize Observability and Monitoring around amazon connect deployment.
- Be able to actively participate in Telecom and Voice Infrastructure design/architectural discussions.
- Create Documentation for team.
- Troubleshoot and Root Cause Analysis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- BS/BA degree (Computer Sciences or STEM related field) with 10+ years of hands on experience
- Proficiency in at least one of the modern programming languages e.g. Python, Java etc.
- Experience in Cloud Contact Center platform Implementation- Amazon Connect.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as a Code e.g. Terraform etc.
- Able to architect and implement Applications & Networking on AWS public cloud
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jules, Version Control tools (Bitbucket, Git)
- Ability to rapidly build proof-of-concepts and evolve them into large-scale solutions
- Advanced knowledge of application and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Experience in debugging, maintaining, monitoring and production support in a large environment using tools such as - Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch etc.
- Experience with Container Orchestration and deployment e.g. ECS, EKS, fargate etc.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of voice (WebRTC), Call recording and telephony platforms a big plus
- Knowledge of Contact Center operation is a big plus
- Experience with building and supporting Restful APIs.
