As an Executive Director in the JP Morgan Regional Research Team, you will lead the economic research efforts for Indonesia. You will collaborate closely with regional and global research colleagues, providing economic insights to institutional investors, sales, and traders at JP Morgan. Your analysis will cover individual economies and their regional/global linkages, with implications for policy and financial markets.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct active research on Indonesia using economic analysis and quantitative methods.
- Provide economic analysis on regional economic trends, incorporating global views to form a coherent narrative.
- Contribute to team views through active discussion and presentation.
- Liaise with research colleagues in other areas to solicit views, demonstrating interest in other regions and markets.
- Write research reports for regular and ad hoc publications to update clients on new insights.
- Confidently present research views to clients in one-on-one meetings and seminars.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience in covering Indonesia Economics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of economic theory and practice, developed through formal education and work experience in economic research.
- Solid background in econometrics and statistics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with colleagues across the firm and with clients.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines is highly preferred.
