As an ISA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Onboarding Specialists by managing internal administrative like tasks, allowing them to focus on enhancing client experiences. You will gain exposure to client interactions and collaborate with a diverse range of internal treasury partners. Our clients are U.S.-based companies from various markets and industries seeking to establish international accounts with JPMorgan.

The ISA position is designed to provide you with comprehensive exposure to treasury operations, with the ultimate goal of transitioning you from an entry level position to an associate onboarding specialist. You will have the opportunity to learn commercial banking treasury from the ground up and explore innovative ways to enhance the support provided to onboarding specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding specialists across our four key pillars of project support: updating comments, setting target dates, taking meeting minutes, implementing treasury products, creating agendas, and ensuring a clean pipeline.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodology and protocols to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with international coverage teams to establish clear implementation details.
  • Explore creative and innovative ways to enhance the project support process and optimize efficiencies.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving and solid decision-making abilities to deliver business-driven results.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree (open to May 2025 graduates).
  • Strong organizational skills, both personally and across the working team, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (time management and attention to detail).
  • Proactive and intrinsically motivated.
  • Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
