As a Product Delivery Manager in the Identity Governance and Administration team, you will oversee the lifecycle of access certifications. Your role is crucial in standardizing identity and access management processes, ensuring compliance, and driving innovation.
Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage product offerings, roadmaps, client engagement, and continuous improvement
- Promote Agile practices and assist the team in transitioning from current processes
- Support Team Leads in fostering a culture of ownership, responsibility, and quality
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to prioritize work and meet business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Balance prioritization of issues, business-as-usual tasks, and project deliverables
- Provide stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes and risks
- Manage team risk and security requirements, escalating gaps and implementing remediation plans
- Drive process improvements through regular reviews with internal and partner departments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years of experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases with financial implications
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Results-driven, with a willingness to challenge the status quo for improvement
- High energy and capability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and creating product artifacts like roadmaps and user journeys
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and user-centric design
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify solutions and define user stories with acceptance criteria
- Experience in maintaining the product backlog and advising on options, risks, and priorities
- Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, support, and engineering teams
- Proficiency in facilitating new functionality implementation through training and demonstrations
- Experience in Identity & Access Management or Technology Risk Management is Preferred
