- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and teams to align HR delivery.
- Manage and analyze HR cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Monitor and escalate risk matters, engaging with relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize HR tools to manage tasks and projects efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and Korean, with knowledge of Korean labor law.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
