Human Resource (HR) Advisory Support provides support and partnership to the HR Business Advisors (HRBAs) and their clients across a variety of people agenda activities. HR Advisory Support activities are linked to the strategies that drive how HRBAs support their clients.
As a Business Advisory Support Associate within Human Resources team, you will help to efficiently process and support entry level Human Resource cases, under the direction of the Human Resources Advisory Support Lead.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent, accurate and timely case processing, report generation and analysis as per established service level agreements (varies depending on complexity of report or analysis required).
- Observe risk and control policies and practices, anticipates and escalates risk matters promptly, and appropriately engages HR Business Advisors, managers, Employee Relations ('ER'), Corporate Compliance, EAP, Legal or other firm-wide groups as required.
- Ensure policies, procedures and/ or organizational requirements have been followed; helps train HR and clients on use of HR tools and resources; promotes self-service where appropriate.
- Multi-tasks to deliver own activities from end to end effectively; leverages HR tools and resources to manage case and project components effectively.
- Listen and ensure written and oral communications are clear, concise, and timely; leverages multiple communication vehicles (i.e., phone, email, Microsoft Teams) at the right time, to engage and keep clients informed.
- Prioritize work effectively and provides ideas to achieve greater efficiencies.
- Display a commitment to self-development; gradually increases knowledge of the business, HR policies and processes, and assume more complex work over time across varied HR case types; monitors personal development plan using HR tools; takes ownership and responsibility for personal and professional growth and career.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Financial services experience is essential
- Solid reporting, reconciliation, and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of business applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are critical
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Certification from Singapore's Institute of Human Resource Professionals would be an advantage for this role
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in handling and engaging regional Stakeholders and clients is an advantage
