As a HR Servicing Support Specialist, you execute core processing activities that are low to moderately complex. You offer suggestions to help improve transaction processing.
Job responsibilities
- Performs primarily routine transactions on the team and may leverage use of standard operating procedure guides to perform some tasks with moderate complexity
- Performs minor data collation
- Offers solutions using established procedures and guidelines and documents process transactions in a thorough and timely manner
- Escalates the non-routine tasks with moderate or higher complexity to manager
- Performs basic to medium risk quality control transaction processing

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a customer obsessed mindset
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and to collaborate with peers
- Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday and Saturdays as necessary
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends to support the business needs
- 100% in office until after probation period then can move to hybrid
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems including me@JPMC and ServiceNow
