Join our team as an Onboarding Specialist in Human Resources, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the new hire experience. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence and superior service, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.

As an Onboarding Specialist within Human Resources, you will be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class, simplified, and digitized new hire experience. Your role will involve adhering to established processes and guidelines to support all potential new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with every interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with employees at various levels to address a range of topics and issues, ensuring attention to detail and empathy
  • Communicate with customers through an inbound call center to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via an online portal
  • Process HR-related transactions and activities in line with company policies and guidelines
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, meeting service level, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Resolve new hire inquiries accurately and effectively
  • Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
