Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure. Production Operations support positions manage a variety of job roles that are focused on working with outside vendors to obtain documentation and/or information to complete the credit file. In addition to backing up all Support roles as needed, the Support
- Orders or requests mortgage documentation
- Complete "one-off" scenarios as required by underwriting, communications or sales
- Accesses credit bureau websites, order and/or updates trade lines, monitors for email updates from the credit bureaus and reviews completed trade line orders.
- Orders flood certificates and sends supporting documentation to Core Logic for flood disputes
- Updates the system of record and works daily priorities
- Communication with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic office skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Able to build relationships quickly
