As a Head of Product within the CRMH Technology team, part of Corporate Responsibility & Morgan Health Technology, you will be instrumental in promoting product innovation and strategy. Your role will involve directing product development, enhancing existing product lines, and launching new services, while concurrently optimizing current products. Your expertise in full-stack technology and architecture design will be vital in managing a team of product managers and overseeing a diverse range of SaaS and in-house developed applications. You will lead a team responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of SaaS and in-house developed applications for a unique customer segment. Additionally, you will mentor your team as they collaboratively work to shape the strategic technology roadmap of these two unique firm LoBs, implementing high-quality, value-adding technology solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Build, own and manage a technical product roadmap from features to prioritize capabilities and opportunities.
  • Plan and drive solutions through leading and developing a team of technical product owners.
  • Collaborate with other business functional groups to optimize business and financial case and garner cross functional buy-in.
  • Drive the team and ensure that all are working toward a common goal by elaborating on stories during Sprint planning, approving new stories and adding feedback during Sprint review and participating in retrospectives.
  • Provide leadership support to scrum teams by handling impediments and potential roadblocks.
  • Optimize execution by working with engineering teams to deliver solutions that meets multiple needs (eg. Configurable applications that require minimal customization for various pillars).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen.
  • High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic / ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Platform and Software Engineering, Front Office business leaders, User Experience teams, Agility Leads, Central Product office, Compliance, Security & Risk.
  • Passionate business value advocate with ability to identify and meet internal customer needs within agile framework.
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Previous coding experience preferred.
