Head of Marketing Transformation-Executive Director

This Home Lending Marketing team collaborates with cross-functional partners like Data & Analytics, Product, Audience Management, and Marketing Platforms, that help define use cases, assess alternatives, prioritize opportunities, to deliver Home Lending Marketing transformation roadmaps.

As a Head of Marketing Transformation Director within Chase Home Lending, you will help deliver our business objectives by utilizing data and technology to pilot marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead the transformation of marketing capabilities by leveraging data, decision models, and technology to personalize marketing across channels such as digital, branch, and advisor.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop home lending marketing transformation roadmap with cross-functional alignment
  • Organize framework for data needed to deliver marketing use cases, accounting for factors such as business impact, user experience, data complexity, and compliance
  • Activate marketing data and insights across channels using marketing technology platforms, marketing automation, and personalization technologies
  • Improve speed to market for overall marketing, establishing baseline and benchmarking of timelines, improvement metrics via marketing automation tools and new techniques
  • Optimize workflow Using tools such as Monday & Workfront to improve handoffs and reduce holding time and using templates to reduce build times
  • Support delivery of roadmap of key marketing technology platforms aligned with broader firmwide marketing
  • Lead a team of 3-4 direct reports

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years leading marketing transformation or similar
  • End-to end management from business objectives, current state assessment, gap analysis, and resource management to delivery of Marketing transformation roadmap
  • Work effectively in a matrixed environment across Home Lending Marketing and stakeholders such as Product, Decision Science, and Finance
  • Build narratives around complex topics in written and verbal formats, across functions and levels including senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Marketing technology: experience with modern marketing stacks across web, mobile apps, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP), master data management (MDM), and marketing automation
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment across business, marketing, product, and technology
  • Master's degree/MBA from an accredited institution
