Join our J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management Marketing team where you will create and implement strategies to attract and retain clients across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, effectively showcasing the firms expertise, investment products, and value proposition to drive business growth and reinforce client relationships.

As a Head of Integrated Media, Executive Director within our Asset & Wealth Management team focusing on the APAC region, you will be responsible for building out the regional advertising capabilities and strategy for 2 different lines of business - Asset Management and Private Bank. You will oversee the design and implementation of our regional advertising strategy, while providing the necessary local oversight for our agency partners and stakeholders. You will also oversee the development of our end-to-end advertising experience to build our brand and maximize client engagement throughout the purchase funnel, working closely with our global peers and digital and design specialists, senior management and our analytics teams to develop and institute processes and drive best-practices.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the relevant digital teams to deliver engaging digital experiences for various audiences and client segments
  • Design and execute media campaigns working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client engagement across a suite of owned-media properties
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to ensure a seamless and coordinated social media and advertising support
  • Define campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage campaign analytics to determine success criteria, efficacy and ongoing optimization opportunities
  • Deliver measurable improvements against agreed upon KPIs and define best practices by ongoing measurement and documentation
  • Manage the sourcing and creation of content required to deliver engaging social media experiences
  • Partner with other specialist digital teams for development, design/user experience (UX), content, analytics to support social media efforts
  • Direct a team of social media specialists to create, build, and publish across our digital channels
  • Support strategy definition, supervise the planning and ongoing activities including maintaining the quality and consistency across all digital externally facing properties and communications

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 9 years of social media and/or advertising experience, including the development of global strategy and management of channels
  • At least 5 years media agency experience in a leadership and/or management role
  • Analytically inclined and capable of translating metrics into a performance narrative
  • Experience in the development and management of teams
  • Knowledge of all regional social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WeChat, WhatsApp, Snowball, etc.)
  • Effectively manage your time with proven organization skills; able to maintain a high quality of work in a deadline driven environment
  • Proactively be a team player, with a high level of attention to detail; quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities with an effective work ethic
  • Proven initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to translate technical or SME specific information to communicate business impact / benefit effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Must be able to establish effective relationships with the business and project stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met
  • Effectively communicate and interact confidently with all levels of management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or asset management
