As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization. Your responsibilities are to deliver end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices. You are expected to be involved in the design and architecture of the solutions while also focusing on the entire SDLC lifecycle stages.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative individual to lead the delivery of marketing technology within our central Growth Platform team. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams and is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources.

The role oversees project timelines and risks while fostering a collaborative team environment. It involves working closely with product managers to deliver promised features for each team, while identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Lead for the Growth Platform squads accountable for planning, execution, and delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and to the agreed scope.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to drive Agile delivery.
  • Work closely with the Growth Platform product managers, marketing and other stakeholders across the business to understand and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of features to production that meet customer needs.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing technology initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with controls and governance teams to deploy effective solutions in a regulated industry.
  • Create documentation and resources for marketing use cases and data assessments.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of relevant technologies and implications for the domain.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business-related area.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role, with focused experience in martech.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies and expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in managing relationships and negotiations with external partners and diligence in managing budgets and financials.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to change. We work in an innovative fast growth environment where products and processes evolve rapidly.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience within fintech or regulated industry desirable.
