We are hiring a Graphic Designerwho is a creative agent to create visually compelling materials for our internal and external clients. You would be a good fit if you possess basic understanding of the principals of graphic design and a working knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, and also foundational web development skills.
As a Graphic Designer in Global Corporate Finance Operations, you will be responsible for creating and formatting various types of documents such as pitch-books, proposals, and presentations. You will ensure these materials adhere to J.P. Morgan's brand requirements, primarily using the Microsoft Office suite of applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- Located on the Investment Banking floor, providing support for bankers' daily operations.
- Transform complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives to support decision-making and inspire action.
- Engage directly with bankers to ensure clarity and understanding, using creative approaches with color, imagery, layout, and infographics.
- Seek and incorporate feedback to maintain high service standards and ensure a positive experience for bankers.
- Build and maintain strong team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as needed.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by pushing current boundaries and enhancing presentation skills through learning and development opportunities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Collaborative team player and leader.
- Strong eye for graphic design and creativity.
- Effective storytelling and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in presenting financial data.
- Professional discretion with clients.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- 3-5 years relevant work experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Openness to innovation and expanding into motion graphics, video production, and various online media.
