As a Payment Operations Specialist, you are responsible for processing and updating supplier reference data.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. This position will work in a fast-paced high-volume team that is responsible for processing and updating supplier reference data, ensuring documentations are captured and stored in compliance with document retention standards. This role includes work working closely with Team and suppliers, LOB partners, technology on an ongoing basis. This role will have elements of operation and project support It is a role in a global team and will need flexibility on the part of the incumbent to manage the demands of the role on an ongoing basis.

Job responsibilities
- Create Vendor/Employee record in SAP ERP following the Process procedure.
- Verify Banking details, tax documents and Contract copies to set up the vendor.
- Respond to General inquires related to vendor creation request via Microsoft outlook and Service now.
- Reach out to vendor over email/Telephone call to collect required document and verify them.
- Coordinate with different teams in payment operation to complete the requests where we have dependency.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Problem solving abilities with an analytical mind to research and resolve issues.
- MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Concur is a plus
- Experience in Reference data Operation (Vendor onboarding process), Payment Operation, KYC (Know Your Customer) process is an advantage
- Should be willing to work flexi shift
- Expertise in data processing and document management
