Drive strategic project deliverables and prepare detailed documentation to support business priorities. Tackle complex challenges and interact with senior management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Business Analyst within Operational Transformation and Strategy (OTS) , you will help to define the Operating model for the Global Shares equity plan business. Part of the operating model creation will be to establish a Middle Office that is responsible for Broker Dealer and specific Stock Plan functions that support the Workplace business. You will be participating in projects and providing support for various initiatives. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will work on project deliverables that are aligned with business and technology strategies

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various areas of the Program Team, Middle Office, Technology, and Senior Management to define the Global Shares Middle Office operations strategy
- Perform project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes and data flows
- Identify gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and participate in driving resolution of mitigating controls
- Work with business partners to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering.
- Develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls
- Build strong partnerships with control partners, within the WM Business Management organization, and across Business Teams
- Work with minimal direction/independently, keeping management informed of progress and escalate issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Business analysis experience
- Team player with strong commitment and dedication, able to maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
- Detail oriented, strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
- Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Equity Plan or conversion experience
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Altyrex and JIRA
