Global Security protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world.
As a Building Security Operations Analyst within the Global Security team, you will be essential in overseeing the security operations of our facility, ensuring the safety of the premises, employees, and visitors, operating 24x7x365, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
You will be responsible for monitoring, researching, reviewing, and information for dissemination and reporting purposes in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor security cameras and alarms for suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify security breaches.
- Respond quickly to security incidents and coordinate with personnel and emergency services.
- Coordinate and manage security personnel for effective coverage.
- Lead investigations into security incidents and recommend actions.
- Oversee access control to restricted areas.
- Communicate with security teams, management, and external agencies.
- Record and report security incidents for documentation.
- Operate and troubleshoot security equipment.
- Conduct training sessions for security personnel on protocols.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a security officer in a building or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent observational and surveillance skills.
- Ability to remain calm in emergencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer skills for monitoring systems and reports.
- Valid security guard license; required
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and incidents.
- This role may require you to work evening, overnight, and/or weekend hours. On-call availability for emergencies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Education or certification in security or law enforcement
- First aid/CPR
