The Vendor Management Office (VMO) in Global Real Estate (GRE) is responsible for managing complex Global Real Estate Outsourcing contracts. This team is responsible for providing necessary information and consultation to Senior Business Leaders & functional and regional partners to support the management of their supplier population and enable data-based decision making. The newly created role of Contingent Worker (CW) Team Member will be based in Bengaluru and will form a critical component of the broader VMO team. This role will be responsible for working in a team environment to ensure adherence to the Outsourced contingent worker program.

As a Global Real Estate, Vendor Management team member within the Vendor Management Office (VMO), you will play a critical role in managing complex Global Real Estate Outsourcing contracts. You will provide necessary information and consultation to Senior Business Leaders & functional and regional partners, enabling data-based decision making. You will also ensure adherence to the Outsourced contingent worker program and manage all compliance requirements effectively and efficiently to support our internal clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Suppliers to ensure successful onboarding / off boarding of Contingent Workers
  • Providing operational support to the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
  • Must understand and adhere with the regulations, policies and procedures established by contingent worker operations centre team
  • Manage, monitor and track compliance of contingent workers to the Contingent Workers Operations Center (CWOC) program
  • Audit onboarding forms to ensure accurate reporting
  • Perform data quality audits of information entered into the GRE vendor system
  • Ensuring timely completion of quarterly certification of contingent worker
  • Ensuring timely completion monthly TPO Reconciliation
  • Confirm all required onboarding forms are received and in compliant with both JPMC and VMO policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal clients and external suppliers for any Contingent Worker issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong reporting ability and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong relationship management and time management skills
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to partner closely with related functions (Sourcing, Legal & Compliance, Audit, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and effective program
  • Outstanding analytic ability working with financial or operational data

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1-3 years relevant work experience with desired candidates having experience with Vendor Management, Risk, Oversight & Control, account payable or related
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and Alteryx
  • Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively monitor the program to identify and address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop long term solution
