Join our EMEA Global Production Oversight team to help manage the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) remediation book of work. In this role, you'll assist in enhancing processes and controls within a fast-paced and engaging operating environment, leveraging strategic infrastructure and intelligent automation solutions.

As aGlobal Production Oversight - EMEA Senior Associate within EMEA Global Production Oversight team, you will manage a remediation book of work, coordinate analysis on population and impact, and execute root cause analysis. You will collaborate with compliance, operations, technology, and product teams to establish scalable processes and controls. Your role will involve supporting global stakeholders and leading ad hoc projects to improve the KYC framework.

Job responsibilities:

  • Investigates and analyzes emerging issues, performs root cause analysis, and works with WKO teams to define and execute resolution plans.
  • Coordinates with regional/global teams to manage remediation execution in line with timelines and ensures consistency across regions.
  • Partners with Compliance, Policy, and Procedures on policy or process gaps or clarifications.
  • Contributes to ad hoc projects to improve the overall quality of the KYC framework.
  • Advises on key risks and appropriateness of controls to ensure timely identification of significant risks and issues.
  • Brings visibility to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develops strong partnerships within WKO Client Office and related areas such as Compliance, Global Financial Crimes Controls, and Technology.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced KYC knowledge and a good understanding of WKO processes and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross-departmental teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate operational concepts to both senior management and junior staff.
  • Logical, structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products and their impact on AML and KYC considerations.
  • Good aptitude for learning new regulations, processes, and technologies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficiency in Visual Basic or other technical skills.
  • Experience working within KYC and in a professional services or financial services firm.
