Job Summary: As the GPB P&A Revenue Lead, you will oversee revenue reporting across all products and business units of the GPB (Global Private Bank). With revenue expected to surpass $11 billion in 2024, you will work closely with teams in Plano, Mumbai, and Columbus, reporting to the P&A Central lead. Your role involves managing the budget and forecasting processes, serving as a subject matter expert on revenue-related items, and coordinating dashboard updates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the budget and forecasting processes for GPB revenue.
  • Develop the GPB Reporting Calendar and coordinate revenue submissions.
  • Serve as the SME for revenue updates, outlooks, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and update the GPB BD1/BD9 Dashboard.
  • Monitor monthly MEV updates and liaise with product teams.
  • Represent GPB Revenue and collaborate with product finance and control teams.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reviews of new business opportunities and reporting changes.
  • Attract, develop, and retain a team of finance professionals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of finance and business management experience in a complex financial organization.
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to act independently with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership skills in a demanding global environment.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk based on guidelines.
  • Superior communication skills, especially with senior management.
  • Experience delivering results and data in digestible formats.
  • Knowledge of MIS, accounting, and financial management concepts.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Essbase Add-In.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with project management, transfer pricing, and revenue sharing.
  • Adaptable, creative, and personable.
