Job summary:
As an Executive Director in Global FIG Solutions, you will sit on the public side and focus on developing financial solutions for insurance companies in the North America region, partnering closely with our NA sales teams across asset classes (credit, rates, equity). You will join sales teams on client calls and meetings, providing specialist industry and product knowledge to identify and address balance sheet, capital and liquidity client problems. This client-facing role involves identifying opportunities, marketing the business, and providing expertise throughout the deal lifecycle. You will coordinate closely with Trading, Sales teams, and potentially our Investment Banking industry team.

Job responsibilities:
- Generate industry specialist content and trade ideas for insurance clients
- Develop relationships through our sales teams with ALM teams at key clients
- Develop models and simulations to monitor the impact of market movements on client balance sheets
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- In-depth understanding of North American insurance clients
- Cross-market product/theme expertise to drive transactions
- Insurance client knowledge (regulatory, rating agency, accounting both RSAT and US GAAP, investor disclosures)
- Strong communication skills
- Cross-product expertise (rates, credit, equity)
