Job Description:
Join our dynamic Global Equities Operations Transformation team as a Vice Principal (VP) in Buenos Aires, where you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic end-state programs that enhance scale, mitigate risk, and elevate the client experience. We are seeking a proactive and experienced program and project manager who is eager to develop their career and make a significant impact in a global financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-Line of Business (xLOB) projects and programs across Global Equities products. Directly oversee the Buenos Aires Transformation team, ensuring optimal resource management and career development opportunities for project managers.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver Target State Solutions that align with strategic goals, cost optimization, regulatory requirements, and enhanced client experiences.
- Project Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, including planning, analysis, execution, and status reporting to senior management. Ensure projects are fiscally and technically aligned with business priorities.
- Governance & Compliance: Lead governance routines, work streams, and projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Actively influence industry changes by engaging with trade associations and regulators.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Leverage the latest digital tools and technologies to develop scalable, leading-edge solutions. Drive data-driven decision-making and process re-engineering to continuously improve operational efficiency and control environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships across Operations, Technology, Sales & Trading, Data & Analytics, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve stated goals. Provide analytical, reporting, and communication support to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in project/program management within financial services, with a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects impacting multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; preferred experience with Alteryx, jira and confluence tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong project management skills in both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups.
