As a Vice President within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with public and private companies headquartered in Korea. You will collaborate with senior bankers and product specialists to deliver comprehensive banking services and investment products. Your efforts will help drive our mission to provide exceptional financial solutions and support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, build, and maintain relationships with a target client base.
  • Formulate and implement account plans with a cross-sell strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
  • Partner with Client Credit Management for credit-related needs and facilitate internal approvals.
  • Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs and convert them into financial solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relationship management experience in banking.
  • Proven track record of originating new business.
  • Solid knowledge of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking, and securities processing.
  • Strong organizational and credit structuring/documentation skills.
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Korean and business-level English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in managing relationships within the Financial Institutions sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
