The Global Corporate Bank (GCB) within JPMorgan Chase is the relationship banking team for our largest wholesale banking clients. The GCB Data and Analytics team, part of the Finance and Business Management (F&BM) group, is responsible for implementing a data and reporting strategy focused on designing and building digital dashboards to meet the needs of Sales and its support functions in F&BM, Products, Controls, and Operations.

As a Vice President in the GCB Data & Analytics team, you will lead the data strategy within Finance, Business Management, and the CFO team. You will drive executive reporting, develop partnerships across functions, and ensure data integrity and alignment. Your role involves engaging with large data sets, developing data visualization solutions, and providing meaningful insights to drive business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of Executive Reporting, including storyboarding and delivering insights to C-Suite management.
- Develop partnerships between Finance, IT Infrastructure, and Product teams to represent GCB priorities.
- Lead the data strategy by rationalizing reporting and developing automated data solutions.
- Maintain a holistic view of reporting strategy to ensure data integrity across delivery channels.
- Partner with offshore teams for BAU reporting, Dashboard Development, and Adhoc data requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in F&BM, Risk, Treasury Management, and more.
- Manage communication strategy for Dashboard enhancements and strategic data initiatives.
- Champion agile best practices to support team operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence delivery, analytics, process improvement, or project management.
- 3 years of experience developing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Fluency in MS Excel.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- 3 years of experience with BI Visualization tools (Qlik preferred) and data analysis tools (Python preferred).
- Experience with big-data platforms (AWS Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with internal JPMC data systems.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in development efforts with business users.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level management.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in PowerPoint.
