As a Global Client Account Manager Analyst on the Global Client Intelligence & Solutions (CIS) team, you will actively coordinate across Sales and Markets, as well as other lines of business. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the preparation of briefing materials, client engagement and data analysis across J.P. Morgan's Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) clients for our most senior executives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless coordination across senior executives client agendas, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. You will partner closely with the Investor Client Account Management (ICAM) team on best practices in coordinating and disseminating client information. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop executive briefing materials in a timely matter, tailored to the specific requirements of different stakeholders, for client meetings and events. Ensure preparation of materials, and identify key discussion points and topical trends.
- Monitor meetings, events and conferences across the senior management team (e.g. CEO, President and Sales & Trading Heads) and identify opportunities for further client engagement.
- Provide detailed data analysis for senior management across all clients (AFR, ROE & Coalition) and proactively track revenue targets to identify areas of opportunity.
- Produce publications on sector analytics, news, research and thematics to be utilized in town halls, management offsites, and distributed to senior executives.
- Collaborate and partner with Sales, ICAM, BM and the broader CIS team to support various client engagements and events.
- Liaise with the executive offices across Sales, Trading, Research and Operations to ensure coordination and efficiencies across the client agenda and day-to-day operations.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Maintain a balanced and neutral view across the organization, ensuring fair and unbiased coordination.
- Abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Be highly analytical with proficiency in Excel and the wider Microsoft Office Suite as well as visual analytics platforms.
- Have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have a desire to learn - a proactive individual.
- Be a team player prepared to collaborate with teammates globally (New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore).

- Prior experience in Markets or financial services industry through prior internships preferred.
- SIE, Series 63, Series 7 license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
