As a Fund Servicing Manager II within the Securities Services Operations team, you will be tasked with the development and management of innovative, secure service solutions to cater to our global clients' needs. Utilizing the latest technology, you will work alongside your team to deliver industry-leading capabilities to our clients and customers, enhancing their ease of doing business with our firm.   • Complete operational balancing, reconciliations, and identification of breaks, including matching and sourcing breaks to the correct resolver groups.
  • Monitor the aged breaks queue and drive closure through effective investigation and resolution.
  • Perform routine inquiries, research, and regular and ad hoc reporting to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal business partners and processing hubs to ensure smooth operations and data flow.
  • Conduct feeds and data validation, including data upload activities, to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage the setup and closure of accounts in the Reconciliations Tool, ensuring accurate account management.
  • Assist with systems testing or enhancements and participate in various projects and activities as assigned.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in Banking/Finance operations.
  • Possesses good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • University graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related course; CPA License is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge or working experience in the industry, with Funds Services/Reconciliations knowledge as an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Macros/Queries on MS Excel/Access; additional experience is a plus.
  • Six Sigma or related training is an advantage, enhancing process improvement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with iRecs/WINS/COSMIC systems is an advantage, supporting operational efficiency.
