As a Transfer Agency Client Delivery Associate in our Transfer Agency team, you play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with clients and internal partners to drive operational excellence and innovation. In this role, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients and contribute to the success of our team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for significant clients within the segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of investor transactions and cash flow reports.
  • Respond to client and investor queries promptly via phone and email.
  • Participate in key initiatives and operational service reviews.
  • Identify and implement improvements in service delivery and operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transfer agency operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with the NSCC operating model.
  • Proven track record in client servicing and operational excellence.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
