We are looking for an ambitious, customer service-oriented individual who thrives on delivering the unexpected to join our team as a VIP After Hours Travel advisor! This position requires someone who will not only strive for excellence but will also exceed our clients' expectations.

As a VIP After Hours Travel Advisor for FROSCH, you will be responsible for managing the travel reservations of clients from their initial request to completion. This will include arranging all elements of travel such as coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, and other travel needs. You will work on a collaborative team that will demand the highest level of customer service. In this role, you will utilize your travel advisor skills, build relationships with clients, and act as a consultant for all aspects of their travel needs. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' travel reservations from initial request to completion; this includes coordinating airline, hotel, car rental, rail and other travel needs for clients
  • Process cancellations, alterations, and informing customers when a flight has been delayed or cancelled
  • Utilize proprietary and authorized vendor technologies to manage client profiles, documents, policies, unused ticket management, compliance, and savings documentation
  • Communicate operating standards, protocols, and core values to suppliers and clients appointed to specific arrangements
  • Listen and guide conversations with customers to resolve problems in a timely manner in any circumstance and provide best in class customer service
  • Participate in operational projects, training and functions as appointed by a manager or team lead
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
  • Develop relationships with clients to improve the overall service level and be responsive to client's needs by issuing resolutions with excellent communication and follow-up

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 3 years of recent experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant/Agent or 3 years within an equivalent position is required
  • At least 3 years of full functional use with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Apollo
  • Ability to use GDS to execute seat assignments and upgrades, and create and send itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, MCOs, Amtrak tickets, and Phase IVs
  • Extensive expertise of domestic and international airports and cities, as well as their inherent logistics as it relates to business/corporate travel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stringent deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to change as needed
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
