JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for recording income and expenses, as well as responding to requests from internal clients in relation to administrative processes for business operations.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
• Registration and control of income and expenses.
• Issuance of electronic billing
• Tracking accounts receivable and application of payments.
• Charging customers' credit cards.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Administrative processes related to business operations
• Accounting support in closing process.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Administrator / Accountant / Salesperson or similar.
• General knowledge of related positions, with at least 1 year of experience.

• Knowledge and experience in managing some ERP (SAP desirable)
• English level (minimum required)
• Internal/external customer service skills.
