As a Fraud Manager II in Inventory Management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for a Fraud operation team, including but not limited to, service levels and operational business objectives. You will support and develop a team of 6-8 Fraud Team Leads, along with 100 specialists, through regular coaching and feedback sessions, while assisting with the coordination of internal operation activities.

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Fraud Supervisors, providing coaching, counseling, and career development
  • Manage team performance, leading by example and coaching on key behaviors to motivate sustained results; this includes using performance management resources to proactively monitor, coach and develop employees, recognizing strong performers and managing those not meeting performance standards
  • Assist in oversight of day-to-day coordination of internal operation activities, including inventory management, customer service, management reporting, data production, and loss prevention
  • Develop strategic site plans focused on loss mitigation, compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing customer service and employee experience, and driving goal achievement
  • Handle exception items, resolves complex issues, and assists with line of business projects
  • Ensure assigned area is adequately staffed and all personnel are appropriately trained and developed
  • Interact and develop strong, collaborative partnerships with a variety of internal periphery departments, such as Risk Management, Controls Support, Queue Strategy, IT, etc.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of five years leadership/management experience
  • Working knowledge of audit, risk, and operational management concepts with the ability to understand and interpret the impact of policy and procedural changes.
  • Experience working within a large department or group within an Operations function, with a focus on relationship management
  • Knowledge of professional discipline and applicable knowledge to influence decisions as well as influence internal and external business partners
  • Leadership skills including but not limited to Delegation, Conflict Resolution, and Prioritization of diverse work loads
  • Proven/Demonstratable ability to interpret and analyze data
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions including Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
