As a Resiliency Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in addressing some of the biggest challenges in the financial services industry, including regulatory interest and emerging threats. As a Resiliency Team Lead in the Firmwide Resiliency Team, you will collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to build solutions that protect millions of people every day. You will gain exposure to all lines of business and work closely with senior executives, enhancing your problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • Lead the establishment of an operating model for assessing resiliency vulnerabilities.
  • Provide direct support to senior leaders and manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive project initiatives independently while collaborating with team members.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Produce and present high-quality presentations on project progress to senior leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in Governance, Risk, or Controls.
  • Proven interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • Openness to developmental feedback and active mentorship.
