As a Financial Product Senior Associate within Consumer Bank's Core Financial Products and Pricing team of JPMorgan Chase, you will have specific responsibility for our Mass Segments checking products, ancillary features and services, and customer experience. We are responsible for multiple Consumer checking products which account for over 40% of annual revenue. You will facilitate the execution of product enhancements, improve customer experience, and support the day-to-day operational management of our Core Deposit Products. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and customer experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Executes projects that support product development, as well as enhancements to customer experience
  • Enhances how we manage our business through insights, ongoing monitoring, and
  • Measures and improves customer experience and key journeys
  • Demonstrates the ability to execute project initiatives in partnership with cross-LOB stakeholders, while providing clear and concise status updates to senior business partners
  • Manages project timelines / deliverables, maintaining clear oversight and tracking of follow-ups, and should be diligent about escalating issues to management.
  • Controls discipline and collaborates to make broad changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Ability to concisely summarize and articulate status updates to senior management
  • Comfort acting with a sense of leadership / ownership for project-based work
  • Willingness to drive initiatives independently, e.g. establish meeting cadence, identify working groups, assign tasks/ownership, host calls, communicate deadlines, follow up with partners on key deliverables, etc.
  • Proficient using Powerpoint / PitchPro to tell stories and facilitate discussions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree in marketing, product, finance; MBA
  • Familiarity with product management lifecycle
  • Experience in retail or small business product preferred
