Are you passionate about planning and analysing and being involved into the finance? The this role is for you.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Revenue Senior Associate Lead in the Asset Management Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be responsible for building, enhancing, and controlling strong revenue processes. You are going to report on financial results, forecasting/budgeting, provide detailed variance analysis highlighting business drivers, and support ad-hoc analysis. You will lead and engage in strategic projects and support both Legal Entity and StressTest forecasting. Additionally, you will own several global components of revenue across all products and channels in Asset Management, and heavily partner with teams across the Americas and Asia.

Job responsibilities

  • Control, estimate, forecast, and plan revenue across Europe
  • Consolidate and calculate revenue for month-end processes, forecasting, and annual plan for material legal entities and regulatory stress testing
  • Perform variance analysis to understand key drivers of revenue performance, such as flows, markets, performance
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, optimizing efficiency while providing robust insight into the business
  • As a part of overall revenue, deliver on projects to drive global consistency and capitalize on global synergies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or in a subject of a technical nature
  • Advanced professional experience in the financial analysis and / or financial services experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of finance and accounting concept
  • Exemplary communication, influencing, relationship building, and coordination skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel & Hyperion Essbase, to be comfort with complex Accounting &
  • Financial systems, and strong financial modelling skills
  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
  • Team player with ability to be respected as a trusted partner with the Business, Finance teams

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Project management skills
