Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with line of business controllers, financial control, middle office, and operations teams.
- Partner with FAIR teams and stakeholders across global locations.
- Support the consolidation of financial data at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
- Drive process improvements and enhance controls.
- Manage post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments.
- Perform control procedures to ensure financial result integrity.
- Enhance the control environment around financial reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and their interdependencies.
