We are seeking to expand our team with a talented and experienced marketing leader who will help define, execute, and optimize our affluent in-branch marketing and hospitality program for our new JPMorgan Financial Centers.
As a Financial Centers Merchandising Marketing Strategy lead within Consumer Banking, you will represent an essential part of our experience transformation for affluent customers. You will be responsible for helping to define the strategy and providing campaign execution oversight across multiple stakeholders and partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Job responsibilities
- Align programs to the branch marketing team and Consumer Bank business priorities
- Oversee branch merchandising fixture placement and optimization, ensuring adherence to documented standards and evolving as necessary
- Lead the strategy, planning, program oversight of branch marketing campaigns

- Drive program development, solutions and testing plans to deliver on business objectives, improve customer experience, engage customers, and support the field in building relationships and delivering with excellence
- Partner with field leadership real estate, brand team and campaign management to develop program strategy, establish prioritization, and oversee program and campaign execution
- Build measurement programs jointly with the Campaign Management team to track performance and optimize merchandising; partner with Analytics and Research teams to plan for and report on results
- Manage cost and resources effectively, identifying better ways of executing efficiently and eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Promote a strong controls environment to evaluate, manage to our current controls and procedures; develop preventative processes to strengthen our framework
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4-year degree in Marketing, Fashion, Hospitality, or Business Management
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Luxury brand, hospitality, retailing and/or apparel experience
- Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
- Experienced leader with strong track record of inspiring high performing teams, helping to guide and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
- Experienced in marketing strategy and campaign program management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills - especially for C-suite audiences
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Hospitality, or Business Management
